High voltage thyristor power regulator is the new type ac control device to control the high voltage electric heater. 

1. This high voltage thyristor power regulator system has the following characteristics: Using a high-performance CPU as the control core, with rich parameter content and complete
protection functions, provides reliable assurance for the system's long-term temperature operation.
2. The power human-machine interface uses an LED digital display, along with a keyboard for parameter setting, making operation convenient.
3. Power supply integrates phase-shifting open loop, phase-shifting closed loop (constant voltage, constant current, constant power), zero-crossing mode and other control methods, meeting various control needs of users.
4. The power supply has multiple analog/digital input and output channels with free programming functions, making it convenient for users to configure. Additionally, both input and output interfaces use isolation technology, which provides strong anti-interference capabilities.
5. The power supply is equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface (MODBUS RTU protocol), supporting the expansion of various common communication functions;
6. The power output responds quickly and has good stability. The power supply uses a high-performance fan and a high-quality aluminum profile heat sink, which makes it highly reliable, efficient in heat dissipation, and easy to maintain and repair.

Protection function
Phase lose protection If any phase of the input three-phase power supply is missing, the system will alarm and stop.
Over-current protection During bypass operation, if the measured operating current exceeds the overcurrent setting value, the system will trigger alarm and stop within the set period.
Module overheating  The system will trigger alarm and stop if the temperature of the driving modules is greater than 85 degree as detected by the fiber optic.
Over-voltage protection If the detected grid voltage of the input three-phase power supply exceeds the overvoltage protection set value, the system will trigger alarm and stop within the set period.
Under-voltage protection If the input three phase power supply's grid voltage falls below the underoltage protection set value, the system will trigger alarm and stop within the set period.
Short circuit protection If the measured current exceeds the set value of short circuit overcurrent, the system will trigger alarm and stop within the set period.
Output phase loss protection If there is a phase loss at the output end connected to the motor, the system will trigger alarm and stop.
Leakage protection  If the zero-sequence current exceeds the set value, the system will trigger the alarm and stop within the set period.
