The 7.2kV high-voltage thyristor power regulator was successfully delivered

With its professional technical background and over 20 years of industry application experience, Noker Electric has developed thyristor power regulators that have received high praise from customers. After multiple rounds of technical solution communication and confirmation, the customer chose the 7.2kV high voltage thyristor power regulator produced by our company.
As the demand for heating power keeps increasing, the required control equipment does not need to be constantly upgraded and optimized. In the early days, we commonly used 220v and 380v electric heating equipment. As the power has been continuously increasing, the voltage has gradually risen to 3kV, 6kV, 10kV and other voltage levels. In response to the continuous changes in market demand, our company has developed thyristor power controllers with higher voltages.
This power cabinet adopts a voltage regulation design with four thyristors connected in series. Considering the low voltage endurance of ordinary thyristors, a single thyristor can only be used in low-voltage systems. In high-voltage systems, the voltage endurance of a single thyristor element cannot meet the requirements; therefore, multiple thyristor elements must be connected in series to adapt to the AC voltage endurance level of high-voltage systems. The main circuit of this power cabinet uses four sets of series-connected antiparallel thyristors in conjunction with voltage balancing auxiliary components.
The main control board triggers and controls the simultaneous conduction and cutoff of thyristors in each phase via optical fiber isolation, achieving regulation of the output voltage, current, and power of the power supply. The voltage balancing auxiliary components consist of static and dynamic voltage balancing circuits, ensuring uniform breakdown voltage for each series-connected antiparallel thyristor. This power cabinet adopts air cooling, the air duct is installed horizontally, the
fan is at the front end of the cabinet, the air enters from the bottom of the cabinet and is led out by the fan at the top of the cabinet.
