Single-phase thyristor power controller uses digital circuit to trigger thyristor to adjust voltage and power. The voltage regulation adopts phase-shifting control mode, and the power regulation has two methods: constant period power regulation and variable period power regulation. The control board has the functions of phase-locked loop synchronization circuit, automatic phase discrimination, phase loss protection, slow start on power, slow shutdown, heat sink overtemperature detection, constant current output, current limit, overcurrent protection, serial working state indication and so on. The characteristics of the control board: ten A/D, high degree of output linearization, low output starting point.
After comparing various suppliers, the customer finally chose our NK10T series single-phase power controller, which has a wide rang input voltage of AC110-440V, built-in high-performance, low-power processor, and supports 4-20mA/0-5V/0-10V analog signal setting. Provides perfect protection functions, including phase loss, overheat, overcurrent, load break, etc. Programmable relay outputs are available for customer field use. In order to facilitate the on-site networking, the standard RS485 interface and Modbus communication function are provided.
The customer formed a small electric heating system on the site, through the external temperature measuring element to detect the temperature, the temperature signal into 4-20mA signal sent to the power regulator for temperature control, in order to facilitate operation, real-time observation of the parameters and load curve data. The touch screen is configured in the field, and the parameters of the load can be displayed in real time on the touch screen screen. The screen is beautiful and the real-time is good.
